I am beginning to provide educational support in the form of academic coaching for online students in university courses. I also teach courses in the understanding of language and culture for members of First Nations (i.e. aboriginal) communities in the region. I view language and culture as fully integrated in the action, experience, and identities of community, communion, and communication. My doctorate is in humanities and was awarded from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1999.
