Education for sustainable development. I conducted 'collective' case study (Stake 2005) - in two contexts England and South Africa taking a critical realist perspective. Really it is just to look at the overall structure / feel to gain a wider perspective of a 'good' thesis other than those submitted in the UK.

Anyone got some/a great example(s) of educational thesis published in recent years ? Just to reflect on mine, which I am due to submit soon, so not just looking too narrowly. Thanks

Hello Emmanoel,

You may have more luck with your question on the Foucault-L mailing list. It is a mailing list focused on the work by Foucault. The members are from every discipline, so you might find some economists that can give you some leads. The below website will take you to the info for the mailing list. It will provide you with an archive of topics and discussions as well as info on how to subscribe to it. You can search the archive and/or post your question. I have found that people respond quickly to questions that are posted.

Good luck,

Michael and all,

I'll move the discussion on research to a discussion forum I'll call Research and Philosophy. Please see my comments there and please do contribute to the conversation.

Hi Robert, yes - I would very much like to continue our discussions. What have you been working on lately?
Robert Nava Comment by Robert Nava on April 11, 2009 at 9:42am
My workload is finally manageable. Anyone interested and have the time to discuss research? It's been awhile since this group interacted. i think we were the most active group on this Ning at one point.

Regards,
robert
